Processing

Our fulfillment team will process your order within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Standard shipping:

Singapore

We offer free standard shipping for orders spent above $50 SGD. For orders under $50 SGD, a flat shipping rate of $1.99 SGD applies.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within:
2-3 business days.

Next-Day Shipping (For Singapore Customers Only):

Subscribers enjoy free next-day delivery every month.

How It Works:

• We pack and dispatch subscription orders early each month.

• Shipping is handled via J&T Express Next-Day Service.

• To qualify for next-day delivery:

  • Orders must be processed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

  • Orders processed after the cut-off (or on weekends/public holidays) will be dispatched on the next business day and arrive the day after.

Taxes & VAT

All prices are inclusive of local taxes for Singapore. For the rest of the world, import duties or customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
