Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch within Singapore. Please visit our shipping policy page for more details.

Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened products. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

Yes, you can! You can ship Kissable products as gifts when you enter the address of the lucky recipient in the ‘shipping’ address and your address as the ‘billing’ address.

Yes! Kissable uses medical-grade adhesive designed for delicate skin, and the shape allows for easy removal. However, it’s not recommended for individuals with breathing difficulties or nasal congestion.

We use gentle, skin-friendly adhesive that’s dermatologist-tested and designed for daily use. If you have very sensitive skin, do a patch test first.

No. Our collagen is derived from bovine sources. We choose this form because it’s known for its excellent skin compatibility and hydration benefits. If you’re avoiding animal-derived ingredients, you may wish to skip this step in your routine.
