Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of mouth tape, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items to ensure product safety and hygiene for all customers.

However, if there’s an issue with your order — such as damaged goods, wrong item shipped, or a defect — we’re here to help.

Returns (If Applicable)

We offer a 30-day return window for unopened, unused items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original sealed packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@kissable.com.sg. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label. Please do not send items back without approval, as these will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us within 7 days so we can evaluate and make things right.

Include your:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Brief description of the issue

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care items (e.g. mouth tape)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Customized or personalised items

Exchanges

Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason. The item must remain unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Standard refund policies apply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
